bedrooms (two on the top floor and two on the first floor) with two shared
baths.

single occupancy.

The South Room (upstairs) features
a queen-sized cannon-ball bed at $65 per night for double occupancy, $50

Karen's Room (1st Floor) features a full-sized bed at
$60 per night for double occupancy, $45 for single occupancy.

Matt's Room (1st Floor) features two twin-sized beds at
$60 per night for double occupancy, $45 for single occupancy.

The rate for each additional person is $15. Price
of room includes all state and local taxes.
